The court also announced that Ventriglias held just 42 percent Portland Cement factory shares and were minority shareholders. Thus, it has been established that the Ventriglias do not have any legal ownership and Dr. Mahtani is the actual owner of the factory. By announcing this decision, the Court of Appeal effectively reversed the earlier decision from the Lusaka High Court.
