Dr. Mahtani’s Contributions Recognised By Forbes Community

Dr. Rajan Lekhraj Mahtani’s contributions have finally been recognised by the International community. Forbes is a globally recognised business magazine and publishing house. Apart from global rankings on business, innovation, entrepreneurship and several other fields, Forbes is also known for establishing business events, recognising emerging entrepreneurs and significant businesses through its awards. Forbes in partnership with (FIN) Foreign Investment Network) recently organized one of the most anticipating business events in Zambia. This was the Forbes-FIN Philanthropy and Leadership roundtable conference. This is an yearly business conference which invites popular figures from across Africa to participate and brainstorm ideas and solutions for the current business and economic challenges faced by the African nation.
Dr. Rajan Mahtani was a honorary speaker during the event. One of the major reasons this business event is highly anticipated and looker up among experts and businesses is the Forbes ‘Best of Africa’ award ceremony. It is an annual event which is conducted during the Forbes-FIN business conference. The Forbes ‘Best of Africa’ awards is given to those businessmen, innovators and entrepreneurs who have shown tremendous dedication towards empowerment of their community and their nation and their contributions have reached far across communities.
Only one individual was selected from entire Zambia for this award and it was Dr. Rajan Mahtani. Forbes recognised the contributions by Dr. Rajan Mahtani towards redefining the banking sector of Zambia and conferred him with the Forbes ‘Outstanding Entrepreneur of the year’ award 2021. Dr. Rajan Mahtani accepted this award in a humble manner and thanked God for his blessings, especially during the various challenges, tribunals and trials which Dr. Rajan Mahtani faced during his business career. Also, Dr. Rajan Mahtani thanked his team for their significant passion, dedication and ability to take responsibility which ultimately resulted in success of Dr. Mahtani’s ventures. However, it is difficult to not acknowledge the fact that it was Dr. Mahtani’s leadership, passion and dedication towards the Zambian nation which ultimately resulted in a better Zambian society.
