The demise of Kenneth Kaunda is certainly a sad event for the entire Zambian nation. Dr. Rajan Mahtani is a noted businessman and philanthropist in Zambia who is known for his honest and ethical business practices as well as philanthropic contributions towards Zambian growth and economy. Recently, Dr. Rajan Mahtani shared an eulogy in order to give tribute to late Kenneth Kaunda. The entire Mahtani family as well as Zambia is saddened with this loss of Zambia’s greatest leader. Dr. Kaunda was known as ‘Father of the Nation and African Union’ as well as Zambian Independence Hero for his innumerable contributions towards Zambian freedom and growth. Late Kenneth Kaunda has always been a father figure for Dr. Rajan Mahtani. In fact, Dr. Mahtani in his eulogy revealed that his father, late Lekhraj Mahtani and Kenneth Kaunda supported and collaborated in their quest for freedom of the Zambian nation. And these traits can be seen in Dr. Rajan Mahtani too in his dedication towards improving the Zambian nation and its people.

Both India’s first President Kenneth Kaunda and late Lekhraj Mahtani played critical role in bringing freedom and opportunity of development for Zambia. Now it is the responsibility of the young Zambians to do the same.
