Forbes Recognises Contributions Of Dr. Mahtani With Award

The ongoing pandemic has certainly put the global economy backwards by almost a decade. After the first two years of the pandemic, the business and economy have started to recover. Positive signs have been reopening of businesses and business events resuming. One of the top business events in Africa is the Forbes-FIN (Foreign Investment Network) philanthropy and leadership roundtable conference. This conference provides a platform for leaders and businesses to showcase their opinions, ask the burning questions as well as identified and establish solutions. The roundtable conference also provides a platform for generating financial revenues, funds and investments for ongoing as well as future small and medium projects across Africa.

Dr. Rajan Lekhraj Mahtani, a celebrated businessman, philanthropist and charity worker from Zambia, was invited in this event as a honorary speaker. This event was held virtually to comply with the ongoing Covid-19 restrictions. Members participated in this event from their respective locations. Some of the members who participated in this even included international business committee members, opinion leaders, spiritual leaders, political leaders, media partners as well as international investors. Dr. Rajan Mahtani discussed about the significance of leadership in healthcare during this event.

The Forbes-FIN philanthropy and leadership roundtable conference was also famous for the inclusion of the Forbes ‘Best of Africa’ awards. The award ceremony celebrates leading lights in the field of business and philanthropy, and awards those who have made significant investments and commitments in the field of philanthropy with the objective of achieving long-term empowerment across the African nation. Dr. Rajan Lekhraj Mahtani, apart from being invited as a honorary speaker in the Forbes-FIN philanthropy event, was also selected for one of the Forbes ‘Best of Africa’ awards. Forbes recognised the several contributions made by Dr. Rajan Mahtani, especially towards redefining the banking sector of Zambia and conferred him with the Forbes ‘Outstanding Entrepreneur of the year’ award 2021. Dr. Rajan Lekhraj Mahtani accepted the award in a humble manner. He thanked Almighty God as well as his team mates for their performance and support.
