Press Release From Dr. Rajan Mahtani Clarifies Negative Social Media Post Against Him

Dr. Rajan Mahtani is a noted businessman and philanthropist in Zambia. For more than three decades, Dr. Mahtani has been able to create a business empire based on ethical, transparent and honest business practices. As a result, it is not surprising to find individuals and groups continuously trying to defame his reputation for personal vendetta or jealousy. Most of the times, these unethical and fake posts fade on their own but sometimes intervention is required.

As a result, the social media post making some controversial claims against Dr. Rajan Mahtani was identified and clarified quickly. Dr. Rajan Mahtani, over the course of his successful business career, have made numerous friends and networks. One of them was Levy Mwanawasa,, the late ex-President of Zambia. Dr. Rajan Mahtani’s friendship with Levy Mwanawasa, goes way back, even before the latter became the president of Zambia. At the same time, this friendship has been hailed as extremely transparent and devoid of any controversies. As s result, the latest Facebook post from Miriam Mwanawasa sparked significant controversies. Miriam Mwanawasa is the daughter of the late Ex-President and through a Facebook post, she claimed that Dr. Rajan Mahtani wanted to inherit the farmland belonging to the Mwanawasa family at Masaiti district. Since this social media post was extremely questionable, a press release statement was given by Dr. Rajan Mahtani in response.

In this press statement, Dr. Rajan Mahtani stated that though he maintained an authentic relationship with Levy Mwanawasa, he never made any such claims or requests from the late-Ex President of Zambia or his family members. At the same time, Dr. Rajan Mahtani also argued that Miriam Mwanawasa does not have any evidence or proof to back her claims. This clearly proved that Dr. Rajan Mahtani was innocent of all claims and the accusations were ludicrous, malicious and intentional. Dr. Rajan Mahtani also said that he will be taking critical action against this fake social media post.
