According to the final decision from the Court of Appeal judge on the Zambezi Portland Cement case, Dr. Rajan Mahtani has won this long-pending battle. In 31st January 2019, Justice Mwinde on behalf of the Court of Appeal gave this final decision. Previous to this, Dr. Rajan Mahtani had approached the Lusaka High Court with
