The justice system, law and government of the Zambian nation are once against questioned with the latest testimony from Supreme Court Zambia’s judge. According to his testimony, Dr. Rajan Mahtani was the victim of several political manipulations and the case was completely against the interests of the public policies. Also, the testimony highlighted the fact that even after several requests made by him and other to make the case null and void, no such actions were taken. This clearly indicated that the case and the decision of the Tribunal and judges were influenced by external forces that were corrupt yet powerful.

This critical testimony from a Judge of the Supreme Court of Zambia is a clear indication of the high level of penetration by the corrupt and powerful. Yet, very little actions have been taken over the decades to counter this high-scale corruption and honest businessmen Like Dr. Mahtani keep getting harassed due to the inability of the government to take right actions.
